You would have to install Yahoo messenger or the other person would have to install AOL. The two different ones will not connect to each other.

download yahoo instant messenger with voice just type in yahoo instant messenger with voice in your web brouser and download it i have aol and this is what i did and you can im your friend

get yahoo messenger or have them get the aim messenger (both are free)
but if you dont want to download go to
ebuddy.com and you can sign in to yahoo messenger online and not have to download anything

Download Yahoo! messenger, it's free and will be easier and quicker than trying to monkey this one around...

download aim.... or something like gaim.... you can't connect from yahoo to aol directly
