how do i tell a girl that im not ready to walk into the dating world without actually telling her. to me she is very attractive but sometimes i feel she is getting too close to me. im not really interested in girls at this time but i do have feeling for this girl. (not enough to go out with her) so yea...and i cant tell her flat out i dont wanna go out with you...whenever i see a girl cry i feel like crying too lol...HELP...RAWR!!!

please tell her straight out if you know she is asking that question. It is much better to be told clearly that someone doesn't want to go out with you than to just get hints and then you keep wondering. It might hurt for a little bit but at least she will know where she stands and won't be wasting her time trying to read your mind to figure out what you meant or didn't mean.

Hmm, tough spot to be in. There seems to be a couple of things going on here. First, I think you're afraid to assert yourself and be up front with this gal because you're sensitive about her feelings. You may be a "people pleaser" and it's hard for you to say no. On the other hand, you do admit to finding her attractive, but not attractive enough to date. And you get scared when she starts getting all marshmellowy mushy for you.
You know, when girls don't want to go out with a guy, they really have no problem in just saying, "I can't" or "I don't know" or "I'm not sure,"and just leaving it at that. They don't give a lot of details. In other words, they've mastered the art of letting a guy down easy but in a diplomatic way that allows him to save face. And they don't need a lot of words to do it effectively.
You've really have answered your own question. You just say, "I really like you as a friend, but I'm just not in a place where I can date anyone at this time." At a later time when you are interested in dating someone, you will. And if she sees you out with another girl at another time, you won't have to say anything. She'll get the picture. lol this isnt about your question but I saw your answer to another question and you said you always look at the clock when its 9:11 randomly...sounds pretty strange but it happens to me also..iunno why =\ kinda crazy Sometimes ill wake up in the morning and it will say 9:11 and then at night ill lay in my bed and look over and it will say 9:11 lol thought i was the only one

just never ask her out. If she asks you out, be honest - you aren't ready to date her.
