what can i do to fix this?

the path name is incorrect.. or server not found. find the correct pathname.... and you will be good to go

that red x is the sign for a broken image. Either the image wasn't correctly uplaoded, or the source is outdated. Try resubmitting the pic, and if that doesn't work, you'll have to find a new one.

Check your internet options-go to tools in Internet Explorer-click the advanced tab-check that you have the 'show images' check box enabled.

Try right clicking the picture and click show picture.
