I just received one of those e-mails from the paypal scammers -- I've noticed that a lot of these e-mails are using non-standard IP addresses (ie. not the standard 8bit quad). An example is http://0323.0027.0246.0042
What type of IP address is this? IPv6?

Actually it doesn't seem to be an IP address at all -- it resolves to 211.23.166.34 when I ping it. The question I shoudl be asking is what kind of domain is that wierd number? :)
