I wanted to have a mobile connection to contact Goa and Mumbai. With life time free incoming calls, which is best and inexpensive +
call rates from place to place. Can someone tell me correctly ?

Cell One is the cheapest.
All others are expansive and often fraud.
After they launch cheaper services, they
ensure that the re-charge coupons are
printed in small numbers and create scarcity
in the market to frustrate the customers
to run away.
This is the biggest cartel of fraud and the
Government does not want to nail them.
