I have had my eyebrow piercing for 7 months I don't know if it is healed yet but I want to put a new barbell in it. How do I get the old one out because my piercer screwed it really tightly in. And when I get it out is it easy to stick a new barbell in? Could it still migrate even if it is healed? Oh plus is there a certain period of time that you wait and then your piercing doesn't heal and you can stick a barbell whenever you like? The reason I asked this is because I have a friend that took hers out and she puts it in when she feels like. Thanks for any help.

your first time changing it will be hard.first hold one ball firmly and try to unscrew the other. if it just wont come off go back tithe place where u got it pierced and have him change it he shouldn't charge you anything but if it does come off when you get it out clean your eyebrow and eyebrow ring with alcohol. then ur prolly still gonna have a hard time gettin it back in cuz the balls are so Small and they slip take a small amount of alcohol and put on the 2 fingers ur holding the ball with and let them air dry this will dry most of the oil an your thumb and index finger so u can grasp it better and you should be in front of the mirror the first to so u Can see how to line up the threads on the end of the barbell and the hole in the ball i hope this helps i had a really hrd time changing mine at first as well ......good luck and no urs hasnt been done long enough to leave out for extended periods of time

I think 7 months is sufficient healing time. If memory serves, I think the standard waiting time is about 6-8 weeks before you put another ring in.

If the barbell is screwed on too tight I'd suggest having a friend help you out. If it's really tight, try to use a pair of pliers to really grip the ball. If you STILL can't get it out I'd go back to your piercer and ask for help.

You've waited more then enough time to change the eyebrow ring. When you change it make sure that you have the new ring ready to put in. WHen you take the old one out you will mostly likely just have to un-screw it. My friend had her eyebrow peirced for only a mounth and a half and had no problem changing hers.

As a person that once had my eyebrow pierced, pliers are a great help as is having someone hold them-what the 2 said before me is good information :)

just keep turning the ball..maybe hold the bar and use small pliers to turn ball..but be careful....yes, its easy to put a new one in....yes it can still migrate...it will still eventually close if u never wear a bar...no matter how long uv had it...
