ok i wont to change the engion in my s10 i have a 94 s10 "4.3 super duty " in there now and i would liek a biger faster engion
for lil races but i was stuck on what to do

should i look for a engion or just put a super charge in there

also what engion would fit in my truck

you can fit just about anything you want in it you dont need a new computer or wireing only need to change a few wires and the computer will work all you need is a reprogrammer and little exhaust work but it is not that hard of a job to do the transmission will work also and dont let them talk you into spending all that money for a computer you dont need i have done this i have a s-10 with a big block 454 in it your computer will work so will the tranny

The LS-2 corvette motor will fit. Find a Wrecked GTO it too has 400 HP LS-2 engine. and transmission buy the whole salvage not just part of the car as you will need computer and wiring and instrument cluster in the dash.

i say put the supercharger in ther... i had a 96 s10 with the 4.3 and manual and stock it wold pull the front tires of the ground red lining it and dumping the clutch.... so put the supercharger in it and play to your hearts content

put a good small block 350 Chevy engine in it,,and it will be a lot faster,,they make a complete change over kit to do it with,,and it will give you all the power and speed you could ever want to have,, i have one that I'm building,,i ran across a good corvette engine to put in it,,there easy to change over,,good luck,,have fun with it,,i hope this help,s.

a small block 305 or 350 will fit but it is alot of work and will be costly you will need exhaust and wiring and a new computer etc... all of this stuff is available .. in the aftermarket
