I don't mean to insult anyone, BUT, why is it that people with handicapped placards hanging from their rear-view mirrors always seem to drive retarded??? Is it just me that thinks this???

There was a case in Massachusetts this year where a handicapped senior citizen with a false leg was picking his little grandson up from school. As he approached the end of the building he jammed his foot on the accelerator and crushed some kids against the wall of the school. When his grandson spoke to the police afterward he said "Grandpa's bad leg got stuck on the gas pedal and he kept going fast instead of stopping." That was a handicapped guy driving in a car with handicapped plates who just created some more handicapped people after kids' legs needed to be amputated. Draw your own conclusions.

Everyone has a handicap of some sort, such as most drivers beliving that they are good drivers!

half the people that have those signs aren't even physically handicapped, they just flat out suck at driving
