I am not aware of any adjustments that would keep the freezer door closed as Norman777 suggests. if the doors were removed during delivery and not put back on properly there could be a drag of the inner door pannel rubbing the inside of the freezer compartment but that would be aparent with the alignment of the two doors in the gap between them and the alignment of the top inside corners of the doors. It is normal for the freezer door to pop open and closed when the fresh food door is closed with a little extra force since both compartments are connected through the center divider.
You are saying the unit is brand new so it is possible that you do not have a lot of food on the freezer door yet. More weight on the door would make it harder for the door to pop open.
If the door is fairly weighted down and this is still happening you can adjust the front rollers to make the unit to slant towards the back a little more. You do not want to slant it too far though or you will have trouble with the fresh food door swinging wildly open and banging.
If the freezer door is closing completely after popping open there is no problem and everything is normal.

Unit needs to tilt back a little bit more. An 1/8" under the front legs should do it.
And the freezer door may not be sealing all around so that the magnetic seal won't hold the door closed. See if a dollar bill can slip under the seal in several places around the door. If it does, the door needs to be slightly bent towards the warp, so there is full contact with the magnetic seal and the case.

The unit may not be level causing the door to open when fridge door is closed. I would tilt it back a little to make sure the doors swing toward the cabinet instead of away from cabinet. There should be leveling legs under the unit to level.

NO.. it is NOT normal for the freezer door to pop open like you described. .... the adjustment(s) are done on the freezer door hinge. Close the freezer door and see where it is not complely closed.. you can tell by looking at the rubber seal. You may have to unloosen the upper hinge or the bottom hinge depending on where it seems NOT to be closing COMPLETELY.. Why didn't the supplier fix it for you.. It is their job to do so

Adjust the ref. so it"s slanted back slightly. Turn it on and let it get cold. Put some food in it--both sides. Close your door each time==don"t slamn the door as I suspect is being done >>you used the word "impact"<< Got kids I bet. The inside pressure will change with temperature. Get it cold. Have a nice day.

Hmmmm...Look for a package in the freezer that is putting a little bit of pressure on the door. I'll bet that you just have something that is sticking out a little to far.
