I'm an American, so don't attack me as anti-American.
In the grand total people that you know, how many really say something when they talk?

I'm being scolded here for not having said anything myself. But When I explain too much I am also scolded. So I'll leave the thinking part to you.

As an American I am always meeting foreigners who insult Americans' intellect. So I looking from input from you.

it depends on what we are talking about.
if its religion and we're discussing. I would say 10 percent seem to know what they are saying

If its about kids I would say the same, 10 percent

if its about money, LOL 5 percent

if its about marriage 3 percent
