If that's the case it sounds like the lower ball joints. Making a low speed right turn isn't puting it under the same kind of stress that a high speed lane change will. I've had a couple cars do that and both times it was the lower ball joint. The part is dirt cheap, about $10 from the parts store, but it needs to be put on by someone qualified to do so.

Nobody has mentioned front axles, This is a front wheel drive right? Check the "CV" joints at both ends of the axle, if you have a huge amount of grease around the joint (usually the one towards the tire is worst offender) When they have gone some distance without lubrication, -it ruins the joint and ther further you drive this way the worse it will get. You want to get this kind of problem taken as soon as practical, because you don't want the thing to "blow" apart when you are going fast,- it messes up the underneath of the car a lot, and could cause you to wreck! So the next obvious question is has it been worsening as time goes by (compared to first time you noticed it?) Does it happen to have a sort of "knocking sound" to it. You might want to have a garage check the wheel bearing for that side too. Most have two "races" of bearings in them - sometimes when going in streight line, they don't make noise, but when force "tilts" the axle, it makes the vibration or clunking sound!

If it is the tire, you will get the shakes driving in a straight line at some critical speed depending on the problem.

It would appear to me that you have problems with your front steering arm that prevents you from turning from left to right.

Have the steering mechanism check out. No harm having your tire / wheel balance checked

take the front tires and move them to the rear and see if it still happens and if it does you can rule out the tires.
