Race and culture would be less of a barrier than different religion. i am very devout in my religious beliefs and it would be very hard to compromise when we had to teach our kids. if just dating none would make a difference, it would be good to hear different opinions.

Yes I would be open to marrying someone other than my own race. I do have a preference though in that he has to be white!
I am black and I have always felt like this ever since I was old enough to like boys. I am 54 years old. Never been married and still feel this way!
I am closed to other people of color or nationalities in that I am just not interested! No offense intended.

I'm not sure what you mean by which aspects am I most open or closed on.
I think it's very small minded of people to dismiss a relationship because of those differences. If you actually get to know the person you'll most likely find out if you like them or not regardless of the differences you mentioned (unless you are a zealot).

Yes - I am Hispanic and married to a man from Sudan. I do not have anything in common with guys from my race. They like to eat and waste money going out all of the time. I am just not into that. All that matters is being comfortable with the person that you are with.

No. Being male and female is enough of a challenge to a marriage without the added challenge of race, religion, and cultural differences.

I dont think I would be....not because I am racist but just because I have never been attracted to someone other than blonds or redheads.....though occasionally a sexy brunette tickles my fancy.... never been with someone outside my race.
I am open to Love no matter what color race etc.
I am closed to Evil and disloyalty no matter what color you are.
In the end that tied into my Love for Christ....so while religion can be a nasty word.....he must Love God and have similar beliefs as I do AND attempt to follow them. :)

Yep, Yep, Yep, Open to it? I'd love it. I have a thing for English men but I'd be open to any race or culture. Why limit yourself? When it comes to love it's best not to set the rules too tight, you could find the love of your life anywhere. It's a BIG world.

I've never dated anyone from my own race. I don't have a particularly fantastic relationship with my father. And to me, he's probably the reason (subconsciously) as to why I don't date people from the same race as me.

I wouldnt care who i would marry. why does race always come into everything. im engaged to a white man and im asian. i didnt choose him becuase he's white. I chose him becuase we have things in common, he's smart, caring..etc... People who are not opened will definitly miss out in life. We are all humans.
