He is a d**khead from way back. He should be dsragged into the street and shot like a rabid dog.
California passed their helmet law and nexk injuries for bikers went up over 300% in the first 6 months. Most of those pols that want helmet laws are getting money from helmet companies. They are all whores.

I feel it's more of a personal choice. If you don't want to wear a helmet, fine, but if you get into an accident, you will lose the protection one affords.
Same can be said with all these crotch-rocket riders who wear a helmet, but also ride in shorts and sneakers. HUH?! Your head might survive, but you won't have any skin left and blood will be pouring out from every crevice imaginable.
OK...I got carried away there, but imagine sliding down the pavement at 50 mph, let's say, in cotton shorts and sneakers.
Yeah...not a pretty sight.
