That's a good question. Take this as an honest opinion from a military man, and an aspiring Political Scientist...First of all, we gained the power of imagination, which was the foremost reason determined by the 9/11 Commission that allowed 9/11 to happen in the first place. I guess we always thought that Pearl Harbor would be the most devastating attack on U.S. soil, and nothing like it would never happen again. We learned to value every second and every day. We learned to be more patriotic. Perhaps we even learned to hate. Not only terrorists, but even innocent Muslims, and anyone of Middle-Eastern descent. The Government reviewed and lifted some of the sanctions that may have kept the FBI from uncovering and disbanding more terrorist cells prior to 9/11. We reviewed U.S. Customs procedures to help keep terrorists or potential terrorists out. But I guess anyone could be a "potential terrorist." I sure there is a lot that we have learned from 9/11. The better question is...Did we learn enough from 9/11?

It depends on how much you have been trying to learn. Most people, it seems, would rather not be bothered. There are many lessons to learn and perhaps we'll be given the test real soon.

It's a time line of events surrounding 9/11 from the 70's to the present. Each entry is referenced with articles in the main stream media. No theories, just facts.

We SHOULD have learned that there are groups of people in this world, that are bent on using terrorism to further the goals of a radical Islamic movement, even if it's in opposition with the true teachings of that religion. There are generations of Muslims that are being brainwashed into believing that their religion is the only one that MUST be allowed to exist, even if mass murder of innocent people is what it takes in order for the world to convert.
They do not realize that it cannot, and will not prevail. Ther are sane people in this world, who are not religious at all, who would fight to the death, and gladly kill all of them, in the name of peace. History has shown us through centuries of war in the name of religion, that only those who will allow others to live as they believe, in peace, will win.

That a previous president want to do this on purpose, the guys who owned the building wanted to tear it down, that the government knew about it all before hand, a whole lot I think.

I won't say the whole thing cuz it'd take a whole page, but I will give u one important advice...

NEVER always beleive what the news say, they brainwash people most times from TRYING to tell the truth. Foreign countries tell REAL news, not USA's.
