Doesn't your computer have a calculator under the accessories program file?

0.15 (not rounded)

1/20 = 0.05 , then multiply by 3

To convert a fraction into a decimal, divide the numerator by the denominator.

3 divided by 20 is 6.666 (the decimal repeats forever, so put a line right over the last six to indicate that it never ends)
