All sorts of stresses and illnesses can change the regularity of your period, but because you are ten days late and sexually active, you must consider pregnancy and should be tested. Sex this month wouldn't affect the period it one is coming, unless you got pregnant this time. I would hope you are using effective birth control unless you are trying to conceive.

There are herbal preparations and even drugs like progesterone that can be used to bring on the menses, but you really need to know if you are pregnant first and whether it's necessary to anything at all. Even healthy women may skip a period or have one late or early.

If you really want to control when you have a period, birth control pills can be used to regulate the timing. Ask you doctor about this.

I have never heard of making your period come faster.

No, having sex will not affect your period. With some women having sex helps to bring their period on.

3 thing could be happening to you:
1. your cycle could be changing
2. your stressed
3. your pregnant

Take a pregnancy test if it is neg then it is one of the other 2

You could be pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test and go to your doctor.

In another circumstance, you can often make your period occur earlier by being around other menstruating women, such as classmates or workmates. Women tend to cycle together when in groups.

you can't change your period cycle. It would be nice, but it's impossible. Your brain has a gland which is a switch to tell your body to menstrate. There's no way to stop it...Your body is already programmed. Sorry! I think a lot of women would be happy to delay it and so on if they got special events coming up...etc..

No, sex on the 9th will not affect your period. If you are not preggies, eating pineapples will bring forward the period.

Maybe you are not eating enough. Sometimes when you miss a cycle, it is due to poor nutrition. You have to eat once a day, or at least try to.
