Oh goddess, of course it is! And it's good to see someone calling themselves a Wiccan who is actually having sex and isn't simply masturbating to internet porno for a change!
A great book for you would be "The Good Witch's Bible" (more like a textbook really) by Gavin and Yvonne Frost. It's very controversial among the more prudish Wiccans(?), but it is probably the best book ever written bar none!
I think this passage from GWB will help you decide:
"It is inherent in Wicca belief that marriage is mainly a matter of the mind, not of sex. Can you allow the woman you live with to have sex with another in the perfect faith that she will return to you and you will feel more, not less, loving toward her?...our rule is that twice a year every male and female in the coven will live with a female or male other than the spouse for one full lunar month. It is usual for the males to change homes, though in many cases, if more convenient, the women agree to change."
Wiccans (real ones at least) aren't uptight about sex as are followers of other religions. I've chatted online with some Wiccans that have even expiremented with bestiality. It's something I've never tried, and I'm certainly not saying everyone should try it, but that it's "allowed" in Wicca. No Wiccan should judge another Wiccan about their lifestyle (fluffies take note).
Hell, I don't even see why incest isn't allowed and legalized in some cases where both parties are adults and agree to it and use birth control. If they were the same sex there would be zero chance of interbreeding anyway. And again, just my 2 cents.
As you know, anything is ok as long as it harms none. There are no "Thou Shalts". I've never met a Wiccan that wasn't gay or bi, so I don't think you'll have any problem with the Wiccans you meet frowning on your lifestyle.
Some have fun and enjoy! Blessed be!

At least within the teachings of the Stone Circle Tradition of Wicca, our sense is that Wicca does have a sexual ethic, and it is more complex than just "harm none."
The Wiccan Way (also known as the Woodland Path) calls us to engagement with the world, to radical participation in the Life principle, and to responsible fulfillment of our individual needs and personal vocations. This applies to the erotic dimension of life as well.
Wicca does not affirm either monogamous (or uniamorous) or polyamorous relationships as the "right way" to be sexually, any more than Wicca advocates either same-gender or opposite-gender loving. Wicca advocates the radical idea that you are called to honestly recognize and follow the dictates of your true needs, and to do this in a way that recognizes also the legitimacy, reality, and validity of others' feelings and needs.
So, polyamorous relationships are right for some Wiccan couples/triples, because that sexual choice best reflects their real erotic needs. For others, dyadic sexual fidelity is the right choice, because that best meets their needs and best reflects their true desires and feelings. For others, a purely solitary way is the most appropriate choice, either with many casual sexual partners or none. There is no one liberated, correct, revolutionary sexual choice; there is only the liberated, correct, revolutionary principle of honest sexual choice-making.
Hope this helps.

well actually yes there are polyamoral families and covens all over america i know a 7 person group 4 women 3 men that are all openly sexual with each other. but as long as you remember that "an it harm none", make sure everyone knows each others boundries and your own boundries. nothing sucks worse then in the middle of an event someones feelings are seriously hurt.
and besides remember the charge of the goddess
"For behold all activities of love and pleasure are my rituals!"
go and have fun and if your in south dakota look me up too...
hope this helps

The truth is, Wicca is a new-age "religion" cobbled up from a variety of sources, (Gardnerian, Celtic-ish, Golden Dawn, etc.) There is no central tenants, but various guidelines. Sex is often thought to be part of the rituals, and can be, but is not nesc. The old joke is, "the great rite was invented so old people can sleep with younger people"
Your personal morality is just that- yours. If you think swinging is okay, go for it. But from my personal experience, few Wiccans are at the level of emotional and spiritual maturity to handle swinging, with every partner going away unharmed. 90% of the time someone gets hurt. Most Wiccans pay lip-service to being "free-spirits" etc. but at a core level, they want steady relationships. And get jealous, etc.
My suggestion...if you are married. Hell no. If you are a couple...possibly. If you are dating....Hmm. Absolute no-go if there are kids involved, btw. (either underage, or couples with kids.) Oh, and practice safe sex. Tons of Bi-people in the wiccan community, and you'll notice most Wiccan groups have tons of people who smoke like chimneys. (Not much of that "my body is my temple vibe") So, a fair number of compromised immune systems. PS, look for people who don't want things from you, and treat you with respect. Have fun and good luck!

i don't think if ur wiccan has any bearin on that. Wicca isn't like catholicism, it doesn't specifically dictate what u may or may not do with ur life. Only : do what u will but harm ye none! So does u n ur partner stand to the creed? Will doing this harm ur partner or ur relationship or anyone else who is involved?

In some ancient religions there was a priesthood devoted to worshiping the gods by "giving their bodies," if you will, to the common people, both men and women, married and unmarried. There were both females and males of this kind of priesthood, and if you did it with them, it was not considered cheating on your spouse, rather "masturbating with a partner" to try to define it. However if you made love to someone who did not belong to this priesthood it was still considered cheating. I do not know of any Wiccans who follow this tradition today.

Wicca has doctrines, not dogma, as such there are no 'rules' within Wicca, some Wicca do follow the law of return and the rede (an if thee harm none, do as thou wilt) both of which are in regards to cause and effect (not 'harm none' as many seem to believe), although both these teachings are guides to new initiates and Seekers, most Wicca simply follow their own morals and ethics.
Certainly there is nothing to say that Wicca disapprove of swinging or don't allow it, hell in fact I personally know one of the local Wicca High Priests who would positively be in favour of it* :-P

If all parties are amenable to it, if there has been no manipulation to pressure someone into it, and if all parties can participate without being hurt - physically or emotionally - then I would think that falls under the "all acts of love and pleasure are My ritual" umbrella.

not that i know of, honestly i believe that as long as you hare married within the wiccan faith and your swinger partner agrees as does his woman or her man it is allowed. a cleansing ritual would need to be performed before and after but sure i guess.
Blessed Be.
