Well. It all depends on your coloring but the dress that looks the most likely to appear at an Academy Awards ceremony has to be number one, the slinky green beaded number.
If I had the figure I'd wear it in a second!

The right dress really depends on what your figure is like.
#1 is great if you are looking to play up a small bust
#2 creates the illusion of a more curvey body if you don't have one, or if you do plays that up.
#3 Is a dress that would look good on any figure. It's flowey and doesn't skim over any problem faults but if you are busty I would shy away.

Personally I would really try to go a little old Holywood instead of going with the typical prom dress most girls would wear.
If you are looking to play up a bust or are curvy, or want a dress that would look good on any figure, I would go wih something like this:

To play enhance a smaller bust, and cinch a waist I would go with this:

To play up a thin, figure try this:

Don't forget to pick beautiful sparkeling jewelery to match, and a pair of killer shoes.
Good luck!

I like the first one. You really have to have the perfect figure for that because any little flaw will show. It is also hard to tell how the beading will actually look. Number 2 is pretty, but it is simple. You would also have to have a thin figure for it or else the middle fabric that runs horizontal will make your tummy look wider. Number 3 is very original, fancy, and probably a dress no one else would be wearing.

It's by far the best. if u have n olive or dark skin tone this dress will make u stand out n shine like a star at the "Academy Awards" dance.

are you really gonna spend that much on the dress alone? find a cheap but gorgeous dress (im sure there are plenty out there that look like those pics but for a way better price) and spend your money accessorizing instead.

My advice would be to wear the green or black one. I bet in either dress you would look pretty. GOOD LUCK AT THE PROM!!! :) In a few years I'll be preparing too. YAY
