how much time will my cd-dvd burning device last?

i have a new cd-dvd burning device, but i need to do twelve copies of a dvd that y made... will the laser brake down or something?... how many days, months, years... can last a dvd burning device??....

12 copies LOL. Nobody knows, not even the manufacturer, some will last more than others.

if you have a dvd burner it would last you forever if you take care of it even if you copy something to it every day it would still work dont worried it would last you a long time!
