My upper body is built, but how can i build up my calf and leg muscles?

Walking is also very good. I used to walk 25 to 30 miles a week in my old job and I had some very thick calf muscles. Can't say the same for that now.

you have to do leg squats and calf raises, also get out and ride a bike.

Dude, you're bird-building! Sqats wont do sqat for your calves.. sqats are for the thighs.. do seated or standing calve raises

i do hindu squats. if you go to matt furey's website you might be able to see them, i don't know.
