Every single follicle of hair on the human scalp is genetically programmed before birth to either become sensitive to the male hormones which begin to appear during puberty — causing the follicle to wither and die in time — or not to become sensitive to these hormones and continue growing throughout one’s lifetime.

Choosing to have hair transplant surgery is an important decision. You are seeking a treatment that will permantently alter your appearance. In today's procedure-dominated medical industry, many doctors make decisions based upon their own economic interests rather than considering what is in the best interest of the patients.

Therefore, it is crucial that you take the time to educate yourself about both, the hair transplant procedure and the physician who will perform surgery. This will help to ensure that you have a safe procedure and that you achieve the best possible cosmetic result.
Lifelong hair follicles are found in good supply in virtually all men, even severely bald men. These lifelong hairs are concentrated in a horseshoe-shaped area at the very back of the head. We call this region the “donor area”. Our hair transplantation surgeon take excess hairs — follicles and all — from this plentiful area and relocate them to areas of thinning and balding on the top or front of the head.
At Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center, the surgical transplanting of hair follicles is a remarkably simple outpatient procedure.

Well everyone, what if Reza is a she-za? Cant shave her head, can she? Seriously Reza, whether you are m or f....
Balding/thinning hair is a sensitive topic and I think Reza should be congratulated for coming on here and asking us this question--it's the first time I've seen one like it.

Reza, whatever you choose, go with MICRO GRAFTS and make sure the 'transplant specialist" is BOARD CERTIFIED!
I've seen people with "plugs" (yuck!) and I've seen micro-grafts and they look fantastic! Takes 2-3 months for the little hair follicles to "take" and then grow, but it looks sensational!

Get hair transplant surgery done in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.

Try using regaine, its a product designed to stimulate hair growth.

My other half uses it as he has a lovely solar panel and receeding hair line.
He has been using it for about 5 months now and already you can see the effects, his hair is growing back.

it really does work and is well worth the money and effort.

you can buy from boots or online.

.......Don't even go there. I have seen people who have tried it and it fails. Just face the facts, you are losing your hair, just as you are getting older and some people are fat, we are all different. In time you will accept it. Cut it short, it's very trendy now.
