You really didn't ask a question, but I'm guessing the question is "What is the length of a diameter of circle, when the end points of the diameter are (-10,7) and (8,1)?" If I'm correct about the question, you would use the distance formula to find the length of the diameter:

d = sqrt((-10-8)^2) + (7-1)^2))

Are you asking for the radius of a circle with a diameter that has endpoints at those coordinates? Your question doesn't really make sense... try re-phrasing it.

What are you looking for? What is the center point? What is the length of the diameter? Is this a circle?

um.... if something is measured with diameter, then it has no endpoints, it is a circle.... if it has endpoints, and is circular, then it must be a semi-circle, thus measured with the radius....
