I Really Like This Guy But He Wont Date Me Cause The Age Difrence, its only three years, i think i might love him....i dont know what to do we have been friends for so long

If you're only 12, then he's being reasonable, and if you're at the right age, I could only think of two possible reasons: No chemistry or he did not want to jeopardize the precious friendship with you if things turn opposite.
Just enjoy his company for now, who knows one day it may come true.

just tell him he is sweet and u are giving u're heart to him "but if he doesnt take it the devil will break it" learned it from a freind,if he says no just tell him that friends should be there for a friend in need of love and he isn't helpful at all if that doesnt work just love him while u can but try to move on like i am right now, iam in the same place as u but i stand tall and proud and let him know that i like him and u should to.

if he is not interested because of age difference or any reason, i think you should move on with your life. Because if he feels the same way about you like the way you feel about him he would not make any excuses. It's called infatuation, not love. Find someone your own age, because it's obvious he is not willing to go out with you. Plus dating him might ruin a good friendship, especially if you've been friends for so long.

Alot is to be questioned here ~ is he older and are of both of you of legal age ~~~ if he is older and legal and your younger and not legal (or vis versa) ~~ well that pretty much answers its self ~~ if not maybe it just bothers him or maybe he is using it as a way to say he really dont like you in that way ~ talk to him to fiind out ther real reason :)

Well, I'm in a bundle like that but I'm older than him. I don't know wat to do either. But I'm deciding on to forget about him because he broke my heart into so many pieces. So, I guess it's better to forget him. I really like him and all I'm like so mad n sad at him because he won't go out with me either.
