Or is there other sport activities involve? I'm trying to get some muscles for my biceps and want to know some of your preferences.

Takes about a year of lifting heavy barbell curls, dumbell curls, pullups, pushdowns etc. , remember, three fourths of your arm muscle is the back of the arm ( tricips).

Last year, I noticed a huge difference in my biceps by doing pushups on a daily basis. My biceps were not buff, but good enough for me.

My method is called hard work-I've some respectable ceps and they came from digging and lifting and all those things involved in my work-I've no time for exercise and I get enough of thst working everyday,but if that's not your cup of tea, a weight lifting regimen would be in order.

lift heavy dumbells to get bigger if u wanna be more cut lift lighter weights and do more reps
