I can't stop, from little lies, to large ones, what do i do? I say i'm going to be honest and one little lie leads to a rollercoaster of lies.

Get help. Or have fun with it. Eventually you'll get caught and hopefully you will learn a lesson and stop.

Sounds like you are stuck in a habit. Lying is not a natural process of life. Some where along the line you were wounded as a child and learned that it was okay to lie. Find when and what it was that you learned that this type of behaviour was okay. You will then know why you do what you do and be able to change it. Don't worry it isn't a mental disorder if that is what you are looking for, it is just a habit that you have to stop because you are hurting no one but yourself. Knowing why you do it will help you better understand how to stop.

That's usually what happens. When you go to lie stop yourself and tell the truth instead. I tend to always tell the truth, even if it hurts somebody. Why? Because truth is a good way to keeping a healthy relationship.

if i had a choice of havin a best friend who was either a liar or a theif id take the theif...a liar will never tell the truth..they dont want to stop
