they lived in a country where homosexuality was illegal and/or punishable by jail or death, what would you do if they wanted you to live in their country?

I'd wonder what the hell was wrong with them, to be perfectly blunt. And I'd try to get them over here.

This is the situation if you should decide to live for example in Romania and Poland wants to turn the clock back too.
I was in fact in love with a Romanian but we broke up before we actually got to Romania. He was always very conflicted about revealing his sexuality on the street, and would tell me off if I had limp wrists, or any one of the million mannerisms gays pick up.
Even so if it had lasted I would have gone. Love conquers all they say even it costs you your life.

I would not move to their country then. I would, however be willing to make a compromise and maybe decide on another location that is gay-friendly enough for us to live peacefully. It wouldn't have to be the country I live in currently. I have just fought too hard to accept myself and I don't intend to give up my gay pride and acceptance.

i say if they really love you like they say u do then hell, move out of the country so that u guys can be together and be happy, then from time to time she can go back and visit so that both sides can be happy. But if she doesnt wanna do that then u can try and live there and try to hide it from people but that would be hella hard to do so yea i'd choose the first one

sure i'd love to live in their country, i won't marry her but i'll live with her, married isn't really necessary to me, i can get married in another country.
