I wanted to hear them but I never could find a station that carried them. I guess I'm running out of time on that one.
#1. Reason they failed to attract an audience is the simple fact that there is no logical argument in favor of socialism. So all you have to talk about is a bunch of whinning about this or that problem.
#2. The premise of socialism is that the majority of us are just too stupid to be allowed to make our own decisions. Who wants to hear that all day ever day.
#3. What company wants to buy commercial time on a program that is anti-commerce.
It was a loser from word go.

Because they were too far left even for liberals. Al Franken demanded more and more money and bigger staffs knowing the trouble they were in financially. They were a victim of greed. They also thought the George Soros wallet would never close.

They tended to be too political and too long-winded. Many people, who have short attention spans, would rather listen to something entertaining and simple. Hence, Rush Limbaugh, who is more of an entertainer, attracted some 20 million listeners per week at the height of his career.

I suppose George S got tired of pumping money down the drain.
NO ONE WANTED TO HEAR THEIR LEFT WING MESSAGE. The dems will counter by forcing Conservative self sufficient radio stations off the air. NPR would be off the air if not for taking tax payer money to support it.
