It's in the Mediteranean Sea West Basin, just east of the island of Minorca in the Balear Sea near Spain. It is a couple hundred miles SE of Barcelona.

look at a globe, it has both latitude and longitude on it. every line is 15 degrees apart. (15 degrees x 24 subsections = 360 degree earth) also, if that doesnt suit you, go to googleworld.com and type in the coordinates. i think mapquest and yahoo maps also have the option to type i coordinates rather than a specific address. if i remember correctly, those coordinates sound somewhere near france or germany?
