Okay, everyday when I wake up in the morning I always have red splotchy spots on my face and chest. It really bugs me, because they don't go away for a long time. Can anyone tell me what this is? Sometimes they itch, I might be allergic to something but I'm not sure. And it's only on my face and chest...

This has been going on for a while, maybe around 2-3 months.

Sounds like rosacia or hives. Check out both terms online and see what seems more likely.

BGo and see your Dr. you should have allergy testing. If it really bothers you there are some things you can do in the meantime, benadryl spray for skin allergies, take a Benadryl pill at night, NOT DURING THE DAT, it will make you drowsy. Or try claritin, it's not fast acting but if taken 24 HS apart will start relieving itching. You can also use cortisone cream it quells the skins reactions it's a sort of steroid.

there are multiple answers for this question maybe you have bed bugs you know they are real but there could be more try buying a hyper-allergy pillow maybe that will answer the problem and third of all they are are probably pimples you haven't took care of.Wait theres more If you have any types of animals you need to go to the doctor and tell them.Do you have kids? they could possibly be having diseases. If none of these work then girl you need to get that checked out!!!!!!!!!

i have had those. its moat likely an allergy or hives. you're probably allergic to something like soap and maybe even a new food you ate in the past days. talk to your mother or go to a doctor! ♥

I have no idea what you could have. You may be allergic to something in your sheets since you have it when you wake up. Talk to the doctor.

Maybe hives, but it could be an allergic reaction to new saop or detergent used.
