The World Heavyweigh Championship belt was introduced in 2002 it wasn't around at 98... If you're talking about the WWE title then it was Kane

i guess im already late, there is already a winner....anyway its KANE on June 28, 1998 on Pittsburgh PA; the match is a First Blood match; the event was King of the Ring....he defeated Austin but was later been reclaimed by Austin after 24 hours...
