tell her she needs to stop stalkin your brother be 4 you get her jumped becuse he dont want her an she needs to leave him alone or fine her a boyfriend that will take the attetion off of your bro an also stop letting her come around your brother so much that way she will start to slowly get the point

Simple. You're not the one who has to tell her. If you stop worrying about, he'll start worrying about it. He'll likely tell her to her face that he doesn't like her, probably in public. After that, she'll be out of his hair, and you'll still have your bff.
