I have some movies that are in the .avi format and I can watch them on RealPlayer. How can I put them onto PSP

I have PSP Media Manager and it says it supports .avi format, so how do I get my .avi's onto it and transfer them to my PSP

You have to convert them to MP4 format and put them in the Video folder. For info on the folder for here
