Ever wonder about that? A perfectly normal man accidently gets bitten by a vampire the required number of times and dies. Then comes back to life .as a vampire (the undead, even though he's alive and living). People would declare him to be illegal as he can't prove who he is and where he's from. Can't use his old ID as it would declare him dead! (To make it more interesting, we know vampires don't exist). Those who work in blood banks are vampires in real life as they drain your blood from you. That's the closest thing to a real life vampire!

born here, killed here and reborn here they would be American citizens. If you think of it in a political sense. In the mythological sense they would be citizens to anywhere because they wouldn't be recognized by the country until there have been sightings of true Vampyrs. Vampires don't exist, they are the movie versions. But Vampyrs do exist. It's the cross breed of human and beast. Possible yet impossible. Being reborn from a sleep known as death to once again walk the earth in search of blood to run through your veins. Honestly I'd just like to stay dead.
Blessed Be.

seeing as traditional vampires did not drink blood but drained sexual energy (succubi and incubus) or drained life force (also known as soul suckers) i dont think they would have much of a problem. most traditoinal vampires lived near ancient ruins and weren't dead people but spirits or living people (ie soul suckers and Psychic vampires) Now say that the hollywood type vampire was reborn (the hypothetical situation) then id have to agree with most every one else. There isn't going to be a legal case against him because they will never knew he died in the first place and if he couldn't prove citizenship well like one said earlier there's dinner.

i don't think of vampires on the border might help plenty. The immigrants might save sneaking in and the vampires might in turn chew them and that i assume staring on the kind of vampire you're speaking approximately - it would have the flexibility to tutor the immigrants into vampires. they might then upward push up against the government.

I would think that he wouldn't be considered an illegal immigrant, due to the natural birth thing (born in the us you are a citizen) so if you are "reborn" as a vamp, it would make since that they would be natualized. Plus, if he has his old ID card, then he can prove that he was born here. And if they had a problem, dinner would be super fast...I really don't think that it would be much of a problem.

I would think that no one would realize that he or she ever died and wouldnt know that they are a vampire. If they saw something strange they would more then likely play it off as Not seeing it or seeing it as a trick but will STILL ask u to serve for jury duty and collect property taxes. One thing is certain and thats DEATH and TAXES lol

since vampires aren't recognized by the U.S. i don't think that it would be a problem. It seems to me that in most movies and books people who become vampires aren't buried. No one even notices they are gone. So i don't think they would have that problem. By the way i don't actually believe in them.

He wouldn't be illegal because he was "Undeborn" in the US. BUT if he died and came back in let's say Mexico. Then came to the US then yes he would be illegal.

I would say "Yes" if vampires were real. Then I would ask you if you have been taking your medication after asking such a question.
