men's rooms usually have a urinal, and more stinky than a woman's restroom

In a ladies restroom you can sometimes smell the air freshener...in a mens room, you don't want to be able to identify the things you smell.
But really, the main difference is that the little person guarding the door wears a skirt on one and nothing on the other!

Just urinals and the door tag. But in foreign countries like the one I'm in, there is still alot of Co-ed bathrooms, or open door ones that allow no privacy but no cares and just ignores whoever is in there in passing, took a little getting used to. There is also some Bidets and female urinals here so I guess if the states had them there would be no difference...

nothing really !!! Except the girls take so long. I have been to rock concerts that girls have been in the line up to do their business.
I have even waited for a long time to use a stall and a girl has come out . This has happen and . The guys just clap!!!!

well i dont know because i never been to women bathroom but judging from my knowledge i think women bathroom do not have the extra section for peeing...
