So last night I was falling asleep in bed when I started to randomly get dizzy and light headed, after a few minutes it went away. Today during class I started to get the same thing, dizzy and light headed and my arms felt a little tingly like a panic attack. What could it be?

If u haven't had this before now, check with a doctor, but it sounds like an inter-ear infection!!!

Are you tall? I ask because I had the same problem a couple years ago. I went to my doctor and he said the blood was having trouble reaching all the way down and back up and told me to put more salt in my diet to constrict the vessels a little more and improve blood flow. Most people are told to eat less salt and I was told to eat more! You could try that, and also are you drinking enough fluids throughout the day? If you want to combine both of my ideas try the juice powder mixes they sell at walmart (or Crystal Light). No calories, lots of fluid and sodium. Hope I helped :)

Most probably, it has to do with the blood flow to the brain. If suddenly, you are relaxing and resting, and then you move, the blood goes a little crazy and you get a little light-headed for a small amount of time until your body can control the blood flow.

Other than that, I can't think of any incriminating disease....

You should definately going to the doctor. Maybe your body isn't getting enough food, and you have low blood sugar. Or maybe you're dehydrated. Maybe you should monitor how much food and water you take in during the day to see if those things are possibilities. But you should definately visit your doctor.
