The scientific process is based on developing theories to explain observed phenomena, and then working to disprove the theory. If a theory remains not disproved long enough, it becomes a law. But since the majority of scientific work is in disproving theories, they tend to need a lot of revision and reworking. Science is above all else a work in progress that will never be finished.

It's always changing cause there are scientists that study in particular fields to further knowledge of how things were and how they can improve.Were moving at a fast rate these days and their working around the clock on futures technology.

Because there's a whole lot we don't know yet. We just keep making new guesses (hypotheses) that may be right...or not. If it turns out the hypotheses weren't right, we have to rethink them and try something else.
