I remember as I was at Dundee University at the time, actually its a wonder I can remember anything but I know I had a great time and this record and Karma Cameleon by Culture Club and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun remind me so much of this era but I am sorry I don't have a clue what Nina looked like, but I could give you a guided tour of all the best pubs in Dundee. xx

I remember her and the song. I reckon she was good looking but as you know peoples tastes differ. I put her name into Answers.com and if you do the same and click on pop artist you will get a lot of information about her. Scroll down and you will come to a black & white pic of her. It was a great song and I have been trying to download it for some time but have only come across the German version so far "99 Luftballons". My youngest son thinks it is a great song. Her name was actually Nena.

She was actually called Nena. And if it hadn't been for those "Hairy Armpits" it woould have been ok. Unfortunately , the armpits where the thing that stuck out of all the performance !!!

Used to dance to that at the youth club disco when I was 9. Thank you for bringing back wonderful memories. Yes, she was beautiful.

yeah i do and i loved that song me and my mates love all the old songs and when wee pout that on wee all ways sing it word by word people think wee are strange because wee are 23 years old and wee know the words to all the old songs and not the up to dates stuff
