Well, I tripped the other day, and twisted my ankle. It just started hurting yesterday. I can't get a doctors appointment, so does anyone know what to do to get rid of the pain temporarily?
P.S. Don't anyone say cut my foot off. >:(

If it is swelling keep it elevated. It needs to be wrapped so you don't injure it more. You might want to use ice to keep the swelling down. Don't walk on it. Get an xray to be sure it isn't fractured or broken.

Write this down——— "RICE". this means:
R rest
I ice
C compression
E elevation

I would also include Ibuprofin to reduce inflammation, swelling and pain.

Your welcome!
