If she is telling the truth, dont let it bother you.. nothing really changes now that you found out she used to be a guy. You guys can still have fun and be yourselves and share the things that most best friends do. Accept her for who she is and continue to be close dont let anything change your opinion of her because shes still the same person.. you may not want to go around telling others this because she may want to keep that part just between the two of you. It sometimes takes a lot of courage to tell someone such a big thing... she probably meant for this just to be between the two of you.
take care

The person who you consider to be your best friend, her soul, that hasn't changed.
It had to take a vast amount of trust and courage for her to finally tell you something so very personal.
You have to ask yourself, "Is it really an issue of what gender she is (or was), or the fact that I feel somewhat deceived by the fact that I had been thinking one way for so long, only to have it proven to be something completely different."
That is a very unsettling thought and unpleasant to feel as if you might be on unfamiliar and unstable ground, when just before, you felt so secure.
Do you really think she thought it was easy to keep this from you, especially if she knew how highly you regarded her friendship? And the respect she must have for you, to risk your possible rejection, to finally admit something so profound from her past.
Her favorite fruit hasn't altered with her gender.
Unconscious gestures have remained.
Her favorite childhood story still makes her wistful.
Her soul is the very same as it was before, just her body has changed.
Good luck and blessed be.

Ask IT how long it was planning on keeping it a secret.... also, ask IT what else is it keeping from you..... is there anymore secrets, then from there, decide whether you forgive them and move on, or stray away because your friendship could have been a lie the whole time.......

So what? If she doesn't want to be a man- good for her for being who she -really- is.
You should.. do nothing. Maybe tell her you are proud of her?
Mavis knows ;)
