The concept of a person is their "essence" or soul.
What their thoughts, emotions, etc that shape each of us as a person.

A person can't be defined by "thinking", because dolphings think, and dolphins are not persons..

Additionally, vegetative state humans are considered persons..

Thus, this is an anatomical question..

Remove all limbs, and you still have a person..

Head and chest.. those two seem pretty necessary..
