Facewise, it looks nice, I am not sure about the sad face. On one hand, it is a bit weird, btu on the other hand I don;t see many avatars where the sad face looks good, and on yours it does, so keep it. I think you need a different backround, its to boring. I think one like mice, with Autem leaves (there are a bunch) would be good, because it would go with your skin tones. I dont know whast your wearing, so that will effect it. Dont worry, your getting there.
P.S. after reading everyoens else, I think you should keep the sad face. It does not work wth many, but it wokrs with you.
