If you study the writings of Lenin, he discusses a few major 'problem areas' with capitalism. I'm being nice when I say 'problem areas' because he was actually a lot more passionate and I would even go as far as to say he hated capitalism.

One of his major problems was what capitalism did to ppl... he claimed it created apathy, self-centeredness and most of all it created the class system. He despised the class system. He felt no one person was more elite than another based on material items.

Another area was his analogy of previous capitalist economies that always ended in revolts by the masses. He claimed this was an unavoidable capitalist creation that would always result. His reasons were because he claimed the rich and powerful will always want to stay the most rich and powerful therefore will begin to monopolize the masses. He went on to describe the process in detail but basically what happens is the gap between the rich and poor gets so wide that there is no longer a middle class. When the poor get sick and tired of being the workers to make the elite rich wealthy, they start a revolution.

Well I don't know if it's in the manifesto but the biggest problem with capitalism is being able to control it so it's fair. You have now seen what can happen since 2000; it doesn't take very long for the pigs to drain the coffers and then squeal "oh my no money left we must cut all govt programs". think back to when Reagan got in and deregged the banks-the Bush boys Jebbi and neal cleaned up on that one. Now it's oil, investment scams ....sad. Also think about the factories being built in China; if the chinese seize them will we have to go to war with them to get back the money for the big shots? We did that with Iran u know, put in the shah so the other guy wouldn't nationalize their oil industry. Look what came of it.

Just look at all the have nots, the great divide between the rich and the poor; the lack of opportunity for some.

Basic needs, like health care, housing and education.
Capitalist policy is to take from the poor and to give to the rich, put simply.

It is the fundamental basis for crime, gangs, sickness, bad parenting..... I could go on, but you get the idea

According to that theory, capitalism leads to a concentration of wealth, which leads to a caste system with rich and poor.

Money tends to be held by those who already have money, resulting in those who have money getting more money, and those who have less getting less. So, under that model, forced redistibution of wealth is the only solution to prevent poverty.

Note -- I don't agree with that model, as I don't think the govt should be involved in forced redistibution of anything.

CAPITALISM IS A GOOD THING UNTIL IT GOES TOO FAR. THEN YOU HAVE 5 PEOPLE THAT HAVE ALL THE MONEY WHILE THE LITTLE PEOPLE CAN EAT CAKE.
