They have products for that specific problem. Just Google "sweaty hands cure" and I'm sure you'll find something. Other than that, there is a minor surgical procedure that the doctor can discuss with you.
Cure for Sweaty Palms:
The operation known as Thoracic Sympathectomy has developed over the last 50 to 60 years to what it is today. In the past, the operation was done either through the lower neck, back, or chest cavity. These approaches involved major surgical intervention that necessitated long hospital stays in addition to causing pain and excessive scarring. These are reasons why the operation was not commonly chosen. Over the last 20 years, advancements were made and many operations were performed with the help of miniature cameras (Endoscopic Surgery). In these surgeries, entrance into the body cavities, such as the abdomen or chest, is done through miniature incisions that result in minimal surgical damage and speedy recovery. Operations today are done on an outpatient basis (the patient returns home the same day) achieving the same results as the open operation in the past but without the long hospital stays, severe pain, and excessive scarring.

rub baby powder on your hands to absorb the sweat.
you can also try putting anti-perspirant on yout hands.

For a more discreet method that you can do right before you meet someone in case you have to shake hands, is put some alcohol-based hand sanitizer on your hands and rub it in. The alcohol will help dry up excess moisture.

good luck!

depending on how sweaty we are talking, first try putting a little
anti-perspirant on them, if that doesn't help you may have a medical condition that needs to be treated by a doctor.

Cut back on eating salt or salty things. My friend had this problem and the doctors suggestion to her was to stop eating salt or food with salt on it. It has something to do with blocking sweat glands

Keep a wad of tissues in pants that have pockets and when you find them sweating up put your hands in your pockets and blot them.
