worse than a kick in the groin and especially worse if it was not that great of a job in the first place. Its only happened to me once so I felt that way and it took a long time to get over it. Of course if it happens to you often then it should bother you less and less each time as you tolerate the pain of rejection that much better.

Well this depends on the emphasis you have put on the job, if you dont care about the job or people then it doesnt really matter. If you have formed a strong bond with the people then it sucks. For me this is true.

Well it depends. If it's a job that you don't like, you're likely to be overwhelm by it. But if it's s job that you are really into it, well it sucks big time

Doesnt bother me really. I have only been fired once. I was really sick of it and ready to quit. saved me the hassle.
