ok just read BLOOD TEST, it will be your blood not your partner's blood. There is no way the drug can get in your blood if you dont use it, not even second hand smoke will get into you like that.

Depends on the drug. Second hand pot smoke could be detectible, but if they see it, they will also be able to tell if it WAS secondhand. The other respondent is right to raise a larger issue of the environment of the baby.

Maybe not, but if there are drugs found in your home when the baby is born due to your partner you could still risk losing your baby. Children do not need to be subjected to that kind of environment.
