It is Venus. Venus takes longer to rotate than it does to go around the sun. It is the slowest rotating planet.

Planet Rotation Period Revolution Period
Mercury 58.6 days 87.97 days
Venus 243 days 224.7 days <--
Earth 1.00 days 1.00 years
Mars 1.03 days 1.88 years

It's Venus. Mercury is 88 or so days I think.

The funny part is that I seem to remember that days on Venus and Mercury are longer than the years.
