A good leader is someone who can take a group of strangers, get them to work together, to do something they didn't want to do in the first place, and make them believe it was their idea to do it.

A good leader is one that has taken a good look at their self and has a general idea of their good points and week points. They take the same interest in the people around them. Their goal is to add the talents of others into what ever they are doing. A good leader always encourages his coworkers and always says thanks for a job well done. A good leader never takes the credit. Helping someone to improve their skills is the desire of a good team leader.

A good leader is one that shows that humanity is important and can speak for the people as a whole and not segregated. someone who will not buckle under pressure and hold solid to its adheriences. A leader is needed to voice and demonstrate goodness and equality and set an example for the status quo. For these reason someone ould make a good leader.

I KNEW A WOMAN WHO WORE FAKE BALLS JUST TO FEEL STRONG IN HER PROFESSION.
I WAS ALWAYS AFRAID THEY WOULD COME LOOSE AND ROLL DOWN HER PANT LEGS WHILE WE WERE OUT TO LUNCH.
