The easiest way is to take a screen-shot and then paste it into your favorite editor to save it as a jpg. Also if you have PowerPoint you can paste the file into PowerPoint and then choose to save as a jpg using the PowerPoint interface.

Hope this helps but this is how must people in "The marketing world" do it LOL.

Open the document
Do a screen print (press the Prt Scn button)
Go into Paint (or another graphic program)
Paste in the screen print
Crop or adjust as needed

Copy the logo and paste it into publisher (if you have it) then save it as a jpeg. No publisher? Paste it into paint.
