Sweet potato pie and cherry cheesecake. The only time of year I get either one. My mom makes them from scratch. I don't even cook on Thanksgiving. My daughter, husband, and I go to her house.

Its a little soon to be asking this but.............I love what is called Dump Cake by our family. Its the best.
Its a mixture of canned apples, fruit cocktails and cherries then a cake mix is sprinkled over the fruit (all done in a pan) slices of butter is spread out over cake then brown sugar is sprinkled over that, bake for 30-40 mins. or until top has browned and eat warm with cool whip........to die for. No joke !
