Well i think they are trying to make the game as real as they can and in the cities you find prostitutes so why not add them in the game?..lol Your guy can also have sex with them from what i heard..lol.

well for 1 thing its just another description for them trying to portray the STREETS. and in the GTA games the prostitutes are there so u can have sex with them in your car @ a secluded location which helps you INCREASE YOUR HEALTH LEVEL hahah.

I think is to HEAL up your character with the lowest cost in the game, and if you get a pros with full health, you got 25% extra health. :)

the game takes place in a bad part of town. prostitues live and work in bad parts of town. you can run over 100 people with a school bus in that game and you are worried about prostitues?

because the game is desined like a gang city and gangs like to pimp women and **** it just add to the illusion that the police are useless at catching criminals apartfrom you (even if you bumbinto them useless tossers lol)

because if you're driving a nice car you can pick one up and you can drive to a secluded spot and have sex with them while they take your money and give you health. when you're done having sex you can get out of the car, kill them and take your money back.
